Riverside City [Capes & Cowls]

Have you ever wondered what life would be like if 1 in 1000 Americans had super powers like the comic books?
What if we didn’t need the police or military to handle riots?
This
story takes place in a world like that, where a bank robbery or hostage
situation can be solved in an instant by a Cape flying in the window
and taking the Cowl down.
Capes are what you might think of as
Superheroes and Cowls are the same thing, but for Supervillains.
Riverside City is the center of the Super world, more Capes and Cowls
call it home than any other place in the world.
Dark forces are mustering and teenaged Capes Theo and Kat are going to need all the strength they can muster to survive.
